Annual Children's Fishing Derby
Sunday, May 17th 7am
The Children’s Annual Fishing Derby will be held on Sunday May 17, 2015 from 7am to 3pm. The contest is open to all children fifteen years of age and younger. Prizes will be awarded according to age groups and size of fish. If you would like your children
or grandchildren to see where we put the big ones, we will be stocking them Saturday morning May 16th. We will put in about 500 trout, and about a dozen breeders.
Refreshments will be available all day at the Ray Kenney pavilion. Coffee, doughnuts and milk will be available at the weigh in stations all morning long. The Derby Day Pancake Breakfast featuring ham-egg-cheese or sausage-egg-cheese on a roll will be at the clubhouse at 6am that same morning.
This year Black Rock is raffling a digital camera, and a rod and reel. Chances will be available at the club house bar.
