Session 2: DEVELOPING YOUR CREATIVE EYE

Learn basic photography techniques and explore new ways of seeing and expressing yourself. Topics include: composition, exposure, lighting, color, and how to generally improve your photos, indoor or outdoor, landscape, portraits, animals, etc.
Session 3: MOVING BEYOND AUTOMATIC

Learn how to make the camera do what you want it to do. In this workshop you will learn how to select f-stops and shutter speeds to create the photo you want: blurred backgrounds, athletes frozen in time and space, smooth water falls, etc. A portion of the workshop will be devoted to evaluating our own photos in a safe, relaxed, fun and non-judgmental environment.
Session 4: IN THE FIELD

This workshop will take us outside on the beautiful Grail grounds After shooting, we will bring our work inside, look at it on the computer and evaluate our photos in a safe, relaxed, fun and
non-judgmental environment.
Facilitator: Mary Ann G. Neuman focuses her personal work on travel photography and on people in their natural environments. She has shown her work individually and in group shows and has been published in numerous books and newspapers. She also offers workshops on digital photography, developing your creative eye and photographic basics.
Cost and registration: All are welcome to attend no matter what your photographic skill level. Attendance at a previous workshop not required. You may attend one or all sessions. Bring your camera and manual. Space is limited.
$35 for each Session. $120 for 4 Sessions. Non Refundable Registration fee: $ 15 for each session or $ 50 for the series
