Eggbert Visits the Farmers Museum

If you missed Eggbert's return to Devitt's Nursery this past holiday season, don't worry, he's back for a special appearance at the Farmer's museum this Saturday July 22nd, 2012 10am-4pm. Eggbert, the beloved talking egg who first appeared at Devitt's nursery in New Windsor back the 70's, fascinated children by greeting them with their name and asking them what presents they wanted for Christmas. He disappeared in the 90's but made a return for the 2011 holiday season. Many parents from the area were so excited to see their favorite talking egg from their childhood again and bring their children to see the live animals, holiday displays and pick up an Eggbert ornament on the way out.
Now with Devitt's support Eggbert is making his appearance to help benefit the Orange County Farmers Museum. Please consider making a much needed tax-deductible donation to help support the many efforts of the musuem.
