LEGO Program
Lego® Wedo™ ROBOTICS Program @ the library
CORNWALL, NY – Calling all budding engineers and programmers or anyone who likes to tinker! The Cornwall Public Library will have a LEGO® Wedo™ Tech education program on Saturday, September 24 from 12:30-2:00pm. This program combines LEGOs® with robotics, and will help young kids develop skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. With guided instruction, participants will be able to build models with working motors and sensors, and then create programming code to move them. There will be several projects available, including a motorized car. The program is for kids in grades 2-5, but parents are welcome to participate. Space is limited, so registration is required starting September 17 using the library’s new online calendar. For more information please visit the library’s website at: www.cornwallpubliclibrary.org or call 845-534-8282 and ask to speak to Liz Fisher or Lisa SinClair.
