Savor Your Sauce at the Nature Museum
On Sunday, August 21 at 10 a.m., the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum presents Savor Your Sauce!
Adults come join Environmental Educator Pam Golben in the farmhouse kitchen at the Outdoor Discovery Center, on Muser Drive, across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall for a hands-on cooking workshop to learn how to turn summer tomatoes into yummy sauce suitable for freezing. Bring your favorite tomato recipe to swap. Pre-paid registration required due to very limited enrollment. Admission: $15. Museum Members: $10.
