Veteran Patient Safety Awareness Fair
VA Hudson Valley Health Care System will hold a Veteran Patient Safety Awareness Fair at the Castle Point campus on Route 9D in the Town of Fishkill. The fair will take place on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, from 9 am to 3 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room.
Veterans will learn about safety topics such as medication, food, fire, planning for an emergency, safety in the home and much more.
Veterans, who are not enrolled in VA care and are interested, should also attend. Eligibility information will be available.
Veterans should bring a copy of their military discharge papers with them.
