Need somewhere to watch Newburgh's fireworks on July 4th? Washington's Headquarters State Historic Site is the perfect location to view the city's display. Located at Liberty and Washington Streets, you're sure to enjoy all the pleasure the pyrotechnic event can bring, with the Hudson River breezes cooling the evening air and the majestic Hudson Highlands as a backdrop.
At dusk, the fireworks will burst in the air over the river. Washington's Headquarters affords an unobstructed view of all the color, light and excitement. However, don't take our word for it, come see for yourself! The gates of Washington's Headquarters will stay open until the fireworks conclude. Bring a chair or blanket.
