Special Easter Church Services
Thursday, March 28- Agape Supper at 6:30 @Cornwall Presbyterian Church.
This "agape" or "love feast" recalls the meals Jesus shared with his disciples. Soup will be provided and you are asked to bring cheese,or bread, or wine to share. Communion will also be
served.
Tenebrae Worship Service at 8:00pm @ Cornwall Presbyterian Church.
Tenebrae is Latin for shadows or darkness. This moving candlelight service retells the events after the Last Supper.
7pm Holy Thursday Service at Cornwall Methodist Church
Friday, March 29- "The Seven Last Words" from 12-3pm @ St. Thomas of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church Hymns are sung with a change in clergy reading one of the words lasting about 20 minutes each. This service is open to the public to come and go as you wish.
7pm Good Friday Service at Cornwall Methodist Church
Sunday, March 31- Interfaith Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30am @ Rings Pond This short service is a wonderful tradition shared by all the churches of Cornwall
