Native American Botanical Hike offered at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum!

On Saturday, June 12 at 10 a.m., the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will be hosting: A Native American Botanical Hike! Join Director of Education Judy Onufer for a fascinating Botanical Hike at the Wildlife
Education Center , 25 Boulevard, Cornwall-on-Hudson . The Native American's in our region, the Lenape, were remarkably resourceful in their use of plants, trees and fungi. Come learn about wild foods and the medicinal uses of common plants that Native Americans used which are still growing in our area nowadays! Cost: $5. Members: $3.
