MSM Lecture Series
As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Mount Saint Mary College is offering many free lectures this fall. The Dominican Sisters of Newburgh founded the college and two of the lectures discuss St. Dominic and his Order of Preachers. The lectures are presented at 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and all but one take place in the Villa Library.

Nov. 5: Jerry Wyant, Mount associate dean for curriculum, lecture on “George Meredith: A Retrospective on the 100th Anniversary of His Death.” Wyant’s talk will show why Meredith just before his death was respected as the foremost English novelist.
