MSM Lecture Series
As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Mount Saint Mary College is offering many free lectures this fall. The Dominican Sisters of Newburgh founded the college and two of the lectures discuss St. Dominic and his Order of Preachers. The lectures are presented at 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and all but one take place in the Villa Library.

Oct. 29: Roslyn Fassett will talk about “Mysterious Decoration: West African Textiles.” She will discuss the unique fabric designs of the tribes of West Africa, which reflect their particular environment, mythology and culture.
