A GRAND CELEBRATION: Washington's Headquarters Celebrates Its 259th Birthday!
Saturday July 4th, 2009 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM
Be a part of the Grand Celebration taking place Saturday, July 4th at Washington's Headquarters State Historic Site, Newburgh, from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Bring your family, a picnic basket lunch and a blanket for an old fashioned picnic. All you have to do is find a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy the juggling and magic of Ryan Dutcher and a cappella singing by the Golden Songsters.
Remember to enter our Friends raffle. We have some wonderful picnic-themed prizes provided by Adams Fairacre Farms, Country Creations of New Windsor, CVS, Hannaford's, Harry & David's, Lowe's, and Wal-Mart.
Free admission to the Museum and Historic Headquarters is made possible by support from Regina Angelo and the Friends of the State Historic Sites of the Hudson Highlands.
