New Windsor Pediatrics Grand Re-Opening
New Windsor Pediatrics will hold a grand re-opening of its newly renovated facilities on Sunday, April 19 from noon until 3 p.m. The free event, at 448 Temple Hill Road in New Windsor, will feature activities for children and adults.
“For more than 10 years we’ve been dedicated to building strong relationships with our patients and their families through individual treatment plans and personal attention,” said pediatrician Minoo Pedoem-Shapiro, MD, FAAP. “Engaging children so they are comfortable ensures a stress-free medical experience for the whole family.” The newly renovated facility offers free initial consultations, progressive technology, a play area as well as extended and emergency hours to accommodate the needs of busy families.
The event will give families the opportunity to meet New Windsor Pediatrics physicians and staff. Children can enjoy an inflatable play structure and Blinkey the Clown, while K104 broadcasts live and firefighters, police officers and government organizations educate the public about safety and free local programs. Attendees will receive giveaways, and representatives from insurance and other health care-related companies will be on hand to offer information and answer questions.
Dr. Pedoem-Shapiro is joined in the pediatric practice by Teresa C. Carson, MD, FAAP and Khalid Syed, MD, FAAP; all are on the medical staff of St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. The group is committed to providing exceptional care to children from birth through young adulthood, and provides gynecological services for young women. Appointments are available six days a week by calling (845) 562-2191.
