Wildflower and Heirloom Vegetable Sale plus Gardening Tips offered at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall
On Saturday, May 15 , from 9 a.m. until 1p.m. , the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will be hosting a Wildflower and Heirloom Vegetable Sale ! Come to the Museum’s Outdoor Discovery Center , entrance on Muser Drive , across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall for The 6th Annual Wildflower Sale and Heirloom Vegetable Seedlings Sale . Come for a great selection of native wildflowers, ferns and grasses that are beautiful and assist wildlife in many ways. Also for purchase will be Heirloom Vegetable Seedlings which are a variety of garden delights that are not genetically engineered! Visitors will learn about composting with red worms and can take some home, plus meet gardeners from the area, ask questions and get some great gardening tips. At 10 a.m. join the Master Gardeners of Cornell Cooperative Extension for an informative presentation about how to use native plants to create beautiful and eco-friendly gardens in your backyard. Arrive early for the best selection.

I lived on the other end of the boulavard in the 1960's went to summer programs in my youth I remember the big snapper i think his name was arthur and the crow would say hello. what great memories.
