Nature at Night program offered at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall
On Friday, May 21 at a special time 7:30 p.m. , come to the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum ’s Outdoor Discovery Center , entrance on Muser Drive , across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall , to gain an understanding of nocturnal wildlife first hand. Join Environmental Educator Alicia Ocana to find what it is like to be a nocturnal animal such as an owl, a raccoon or a bat by using your own senses. Take a guided short evening hike at the Outdoor
Discovery Center with Alicia in search of sights and sounds of these animals. Ms. Ocana will engage participants in some fun interactive games intended for people to experience life just like these special creatures of the night. This program is recommended for adults with or without children, and for children ages 7 and older. Please no flashlights allowed. Cost: $5 per person. Members: $3.
