Public Hearing on Stormwater System
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York at the Board Room Village Hall, 325 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, on May 17, 2010 at 7:30 PM to hear all comments and suggestions regarding the Village’s 2010 MS4 Annual Report which has been prepared pursuant to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation SPDES General Permit for stormwater discharges from Municipal Separate Sewer Systems (MS4s), Permit No. GP-02-02.
This report outlines the development and implementation of the Village’s Stormwater Management Plan for the coming year and includes minimum control measures for the reduction in stormwater.
The Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
