Young Ladies' Tea Event
Orange County Executive Edward A. Diana and Commissioner Richard Rose of the Orange County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department are pleased to announce that this year’s Annual Young Ladies’ Tea, under the theme “Dolly and Me,” will be held on Saturday, June 19 at the Hill-Hold Museum in Campbell Hall from 11 am to 2 pm.
Young ladies are encouraged to bring along their favorite doll to enjoy afternoon tea on the historic front lawn at the Hill-Hold. A light lunch, comprised of a variety of breads, crackers, spreads, finger sandwiches, a salad tray, and sweet treats, will be served in addition to cold herbal tea with mint. An arts and crafts project, making a doll’s bonnet, is included in the program. Advance reservations and pre-payment of $13 per person are required.
Hill-Hold Museum is located on Route 416, between Goshen and Montgomery. Special events are co-sponsored by the Friends of Hill-Hold and Brick House Museums, whose mission is to preserve and enhance the preservation of history in Orange County.
