Obituaries: Christopher Corso

September 21, 1971 – February 15, 2019
Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY

Christopher “Chris” Corso, of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY entered into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family on February 15, 2019 at his home. He was 47 years old.

The son of Richard Corso and Catherine P. (DeMarco) Corso, Chris was born on September 21, 1971 in Queens, New York.

Chris was employed as a Field Technician for Verizon in New York City, NY until his illness.

In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his loving wife: Gina (Sollino) Corso; his adoring sons: Justin C. Corso and Dylan A. Corso; and his brother: Steven Corso.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19th at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20th at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.

Memorial Contributions in Chris’ name may be made to the Foundation for Thymic Cancer Research, 101 E Camino Real, #730, Boca Raton, FL 33432 or Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, Inc., 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
