In an effort to save the current roof on the Historic Sands Ring Homestead in Cornwall – Supervisor Randy Clark and Deputy Supervisor Jim McGee struggle to remove the more than 12.5 “ of snow from the damaged roof of Cornwall’s historic treasure. Fundraising efforts to restore the building have begun with Winter Carnival last Sunday. Future events are in the planning stages by a joint effort of the Cornwall Historical Society and the Friends of Sands Ring.
