General News: Sochi comes to Cornwall!

Sochi comes to Cornwall! All are invited Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm to our community Winter Carnival at Ring’s Pond!
Events will be skating races, hockey puck shooting contest and sleigh riding. Come enjoy hot chocolate and s’mores by the bonfire with help from members of the Cornwall Chamber and the Cornwall Lions’ Club.
Our goal is to provide public awareness for the much needed restoration of the old homestead. Friends of Sands Ring have joined with the Cornwall Historical Society to restore this historic centerpiece to our town. Sunday begins our FUN raising efforts! Bring the whole family—hope to see you and everyone will be back in time for the big Game!
