If you are experiencing issues with your water pressure...
There is a water main break on Orrs Mills Rd. in process of being repaired.
The break is located on Orrsmills Road near the intersection of Lybdon Avenue.
The 12 inch feeder line supplies both the Town and Village with water from the well fields on Taylor Road.
The Water Department is presently providing service using the Catskill Aqueduct and Reservoir, but pressure is greatly reduced within the system.
Nanni & Callahan has excavated the broken section and crews are in the process if repairing the break.
The break was horizontal and approximately 12-14 feet long along a single section of piping.
Repairs are expected sometime today.
