General News: Town of Cornwall Sets New Pool Fees

The Cornwall town board approved new fees to use the swimming pool this season and, for the first time, added a fee for the wading pool.
Here’s the new fee schedule:
Pool Season Pass (includes wading pool)
Family of five or less -- $150; $25 per person additional for families with more than seven members
Individuals -- $75
Seniors (age 60+) -- $35
Non-resident, in school district family -- $300
Non-resident, not in school district family -- $500
Pool Day Pass
Individual (age 5+) -- $5
Senior (age 60+) -- $2
Guest (of member 16 and older) -- $5
Season Pass for Wading Pool Only
Family (residents only) -- $30
Guest -- $5
The wading pool is tentatively scheduled to open on May 28. The pool is tentatively scheduled to open on June 25.
Passes are available at the town of Cornwall recreation center located behind Town Hall.
