Most people stayed inside during the torrential downpours that drenched the Cornwall area last Friday. But at least one resident ventured outside to see how the heavy rain created swollen waterways and caused drains to overflow.
Cornwall-on-Hudson resident Andrew Argenio not only went outside but he took his video camera with him and captured images like the creek on Dock Hill Road that poured into the Hudson River, itself already overflowing its banks.
