General News: Bubba's Bagels Closed Until Further Notice

The Hometown Bagel shop on Main Street in Cornwall, known to most people as Bubba’s Bagel Shop, has closed its doors – for how long, no one seems to know.
A sign was posted in the window this past week announcing that the popular bagel and coffee shop will be closed until further notice.
Richard “Bubba” Reeves operated the popular shop as Bubba Bagels until late 2007, when a new owner came in and changed its name to Hometown Bagels. But that owner didn’t stay for long and by the end of 2008, Reeves was back and the shop was once again known as “Bubba’s.”
Calls to the shop asking for more details behind the sudden closure were not returned.
