General News: Girls Varsity Soccer Team Loses

The girl's varsity soccer team lost 5-4 in a hard-fought game against Highland on Thursday.
In the second half, Cornwall rallied with two goals by Ann Marie Rizzi to tie the game, only to lose with three seconds left in the contest.
The Cornwall defense shut down Highland in the second half after allowing 4 goals in the first half. Kaitlyn Sharo and Noelle Poindexter scored first half goals for the Lady Dragons. Amy Craig played the first half in goal and Carina Luck played the second half.
