General News: Village Website Debuts; Minutes Now Online

On Friday, September 1, the village of Cornwall-on-Hudson launched its newly-designed and expanded website at www.cornwall-on-hudson.org (see "Official Village Site" link on this page).
The new site features the minutes of Village Board, Zoning Board, Planning Board and Master Plan Committee meetings dating back to 2002. The most recent meeting minutes are still in their draft form, pending approval by the boards at their next meetings. The meeting schedules of the boards for the coming month are also available at the site.
In addition, freedom of information request forms are available at the site. In the future, look for the zoning and planning boards applications to be downloaded, along with requests for vacant house checks.
The village is also asking anyone who has an interesting photo of the local area to submit it for publication.
