General News: Major Girls Play Saturday in Championship Race

The Cornwall girls major league softball team will face Syracuse Geddes Saturday morning in its run for the state championship. The game will be played in Brewster at 11:00 a.m.
Cornwall is one of the final four teams that will face off this weekend with games on Saturday and Sunday. The state championship game will be played on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Fans and supporters of the team are welcomed at the Brewster game. Here are directions to the field:
Take 84 East over the Newburgh Beacon Bridge for 25 miles.
Exit 19 toward Brewster/Carmel - go .3 miles (Rt 312 Exit).
Turn RIGHT onto Rt 312 - go .5 miles
Turn LEFT onto Prospect Hill Road - go 1.1. miles Bear RIGHT onto North
Main St - go .6 miles (North Main St = CR 53) Arrive at 531 North Main
Street, Brewster, on the RIGHT.
