Five minutes to five and the raindrops started to fall. The parade marchers stood in line on Payson Road, ready to lead off despite the rain.

For those watching the parade at the village square in Cornwall-on-Hudson, they saw most of the marchers before the heavy downpour set in.

Here's a look at those who braved the storm to entertain the dwindling crowds.
