Bannerman's Castle was illuminated Friday and Saturday night for a special performance of theater, dance, and music.
Those on the island got to see the lighting and the show while others loaded into a dozen or more boats that floated in the Hudson River to view the lighting of the castle ruins.
One of those onboard was Alex Ellick, a student at Cornwall high school who also works for the Bannerman Castle Trust. He took these photos and sent them into the website.
