General News: Teen Arrested in July Burglary Case

Cornwall police arrested a 15-year-old male on Monday and charged him in a burglary that occurred last July at a residence on Marshall Drive in Cornwall.
Cornwall police chief Todd Hazard said in a statement that the arrest came after a new lead in the case was developed last week. The alleged burglary and theft of a Playstation II and a Wii videogame system occurred on July 29, 2007, when the homeowner was away on vacation.
The unidentified teen was processed as a juvenile delinquent and released to re-appear in Orange County Family Court.
