General News: Budget Talk, Trustee Election at Library
January 10, 2008
If you want to get more involved in how the Cornwall Public Library is run, here’s your chance.
Any resident who would like to run for a seat as a trustee of the library can pick up a petition to run in the election that will be held along with the library budget vote on April 8, 2008.
If you aren’t ready to make a commitment to serve on the board for a five-year term, you can learn more about the library’s operation by attending any one of a series of work sessions to prepare the new budget for the institution. These sessions are open to the public and are each scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at the library.
