General News: Crash Kills New WIndsor Woman

A 20-year-old woman from New Windsor was killed early Sunday morning in a car crash on Route 32 in Cornwall.
Police say that Jessica Morales was driving north on Route 32 about 4:30 a.m. when her 2007 Honda Civic crossed the center line and struck a south-bound Nissan Pathfinder driven by Angelina Rostek, 46, of New Windsor. Morales' car then collided head-on with a Hyundai Tiburon driven by John Alexander, 34, of New Windsor.
Cornwall, Cornwall-on-Hudson, and state police responded to the crash and Morales was pronounced dead at the scene by Orange County coroner Kevin Quigley.
Members of the Cornwall Fire Department extricated Alexander from his vehicle and he was treated onsite by Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance Corp before being flown by helicopter to Westchester Medical Center.
