General News: New Windsor Man Arrested with Marijuana

Cornwall-on-Hudson police arrested a 19-year-old man from New Windsor on Friday evening and charged him with criminal possession of marijuana, a class E felony.
Shortly after 6 p.m., James R. Cavalari, 19, was stopped at the Cumberland Farm store on Hudson Street by police who reported finding eight ounces of marijuana on the teen.
Calavari was arraigned by Judge Thomson and turned over to the custody of his mother, according to village police chief Charles Williams.
