General News: New Village Tax Assessments

The 2008 village tax rolls have been prepared using new assessment figures from the Town of Cornwall assessor.
If you'd like to review the assessments, they will be available at the village office at 325 Hudson Street on weekdays from November 1 to November 20,
from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, November 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. to hear complaints about the tax assessments.

Hopefully the new assessmens can be discussed at the next village workshop or board meeting. It would be interesting to hear what our Trustees think about the 5 year plan which is so unfair to all os us in our community.
