** A plaque in memory of former village residents Benjamin and Loretta Santoro has been donated by their family, together with a tree that will be planted to honor the couple.

** Village trustee Charles (Rudy) Hahn, who underway heart surgery during the Christmas holidays, is improving daily and he is expected back to work in a month or so.

** Sixteen property owners in the Cliffside Park neighborhood received letters giving them 180 days to remove anything that is encroaching on the public roadway.
