McGoey, Hauser and Edsall Consulting Engineers D.P.C. announce an internal ownership transfer within the firm.
Mark J. Edall, P.E., P.P., Principal, has been with the firm for 30 years and will serve as the firm's President and C.E.O.
Michael J. Lamoreaux, P.E., Principal, will serve as Director of Operations and Michael W. Weeks, P. E., Principal, will serve as Director of Engineering.
Mathew J. Sickler, P.E. and Patrick J. Hines have been promoted to Principal Owners.
Charles J. Baranski has been made a Share Holder Associate.
The collective institutional knowledge of these Principals exceeds 12 decades.
Dick Mc Goey and Bill Hauser will remain on staff as Principal Emeritus.
