Another issue is that the workers are off Federal holidays and usually this falls on a Monday. Well Mondays & Thursday is regular trash pick-up and no one comes around on Tuesday. I usually have to dispose of the trash myself. Right now my plastics are overflowing too because it was not picked up last week for some reason.
