Police issue approximately 2 warnings and 2 summonses to drivers.
01/24/22 Police assist with a vehicle lockout.
01/25/22 Police respond to Hedge Ave for a complaint of persistent light coming into a residence. Upon investigation it was found to be a neighbor’s Christmas decoration hanging from a tree and the light was removed.
01/26/22 Police assist Town Police with a vehicle stop and arrest.
01/28/22 Police respond to a report that a dog named Mr. Cooper was running wild on Duncan Ave. The dog was transported to Hudson Valley SPCA and the dog’s owner later contacted the Police.
01/29/22 A caller reported that Dock Hill Rd was hazardous for walkers and in need of salt. Police notified DPW.
01/30/22 Police assist Town Police with a rollover accident on Rt 9W.
01/31/22 Police assist to shut down Rt 9W north due to a vehicle accident.
02/03/22 Caller reported receiving a flat tire from a pothole on Hudson St. and will report it to DOT for repair. Police placed cones in front of and in the pothole.
02/04/22 Police remove branches from Maple Rd.
02/05/22 A caller stated that his neighbor installed a light o a fence and he wants it removed due to light issues and epilepsy. The neighbor removed the light.
02/05/22 Police assist Town Police with a motor vehicle accident on Rt 9W vehicle vs rock wall near Mountain Rd.
