Arrests
03/01/19 An 18 yr old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
02/25/19 Eugene S Rolack, age 30 of Middletown, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree and resisting arrest.
Incidents
02/26/19 A parent cam into Police to report that her child was being bullied at Cornwall High School.
02/27/19 Police receive 2 complaints of dogs barking on Deer Hill Rd.
02/28/19 Police and Cornwall Fire Dept responded to a residence reported to have a sliding door off and a water pipe broken with water pouring onto electrical equipment.
03/02/19 Police took a report of fraud. A woman reported that she received a call from an 800 number which she answered and spoke to a man that told her she had a problem with her computer, had her log in to her computer and give him access then he asked for a check and took a picture of her check and her credit card to charge her over $3,000. She then called Police and her banks which froze her accounts so she did not lose any money.
