Arrests
12/10/18 A 23 yr old female from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.
12/10/18 A 56 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.
12/14/18 A 23 yr old male from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, unregistered vehicle and equipment charges.
12/15/18 Karl Gerard Viel, age 52, of Caldwell, NJ was arrested and charged with assault in the 3rd degree and obstruction of breathing.
12/16/18 A 27 yr old male from Queens, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree.
12/16/18 A 28 yr old female from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Incidents
12/10/18 A subject cam in to report criminal mischief. His driver’s side was swiped and it was unknown who had done it.
12/10/18 Police took a report of criminal mischief at NYMA. It was reported that a student decided to start a fire in chemistry class unbeknownst to the teacher.
12/10/18 Police respond to Rt 32 for a 2 vehicle accident with one driver having a suspended license.
12/11/18 A caller reported larceny and stated that someone broke into his vehicle on Scenice View drive.
12/12/18 A subject reported that an Apple watch was removed from a delivered package.
12/13/18 Cornwall Fire Dept respond to Highland Ave for a carbon monoxide alarm.
12/13/18 Police take a report of car vs deer accident on Rt 32.
12/14/18 Police take a report of a 2 vehicle accident on Timberline Drive with property damage.
12/15/18 A driver reported property damage he made to a sign in the past.
12/15/18 An owner reported a license plate and a handicap tag were taken from her vehicle on Angola Rd.
12/16/18 Police assist New Windsor Police with a burglar alarm in New Windsor.
12/16/18 Town Police assist COHPD with a vehicle rollover.
