Arrests
02/06/18 A 69 yr old male was arrested and charged with criminal contempt.
02/09/18 A 28 yr old female from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree.
02/11/18 Erick A Riosabrego, age 28, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with assault in the 3rd degree.
02/11/18 Kelvin O Pinedaoliva, age 32, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with assault in the 3rd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree.
02/11/18 Jeffrey E Young, age 47 of Ronkonkoma, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, speeding and no/exp insurance.
02/11/18 Adrain D Fish of Monroe, NY was arrested on a bench warrant from the Town of Kent.
02/12/18 Jonathan G Haight, age 70, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and unreasonable speed.
02/15/18 Tyliek L Bush, age 19, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with 2 counts of sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
Incidents
02/05/18 A subject reported a fraudulent charge made on her credit card.
02/05/18 A subject reported that a 2003-2007 Chevrolet Silverado with an extended cab was spinning around on the ball fields at Black Rock Fish and Game Club.
02/05/18 Prima Pizza reported that the life-size pizza chef ceramic statue named Pepino outside the pizzeria was stolen at approximately 5:30pm. Police interviewed people in the area and one person said that they saw 2 white males take the statue and place it in to a black Jeep Wrangler and drove to Hazen St. Investigation continuing. There is a $200 reward being offered for the return of the statue.
2/10/18 A caller reported smoke coming from a transformer on Rt 9W.
02/11/18 Police and COVAC respond to Industry drive for a report of a fight in progress stemming from a road rage incident. Two arrests were made.
02/12/18 Police remove large tree limbs off of Angola Rd.
02/15/18 Police respond to Rt 32 for a tractor trailer on fire.
02/17/18 A female rottweiler was found on Shore Rd and transported to kennel.
