Cornwall Library to Host Program on Safe Banking
CORNWALL, NY – Cornwall Public Library will host a financial awareness program, "Safe Banking: Identifying and Avoiding Scams," presented by Walden Savings Bank's Vanessa Hill, branch manager in Cornwall-on-Hudson. The virtual program will be held from 6:15-7:30 pm on April 22.
Vanessa Hill, Branch Manager of Walden Savings Bank in Cornwall-on-Hudson, will host a session on how to bank securely. With many professional credits and years of experience, Vanessa has witnessed many cases of preventable fraud. She will advise us how NOT to become the next victim. This seminar is particularly valuable during the increase in potentially fraudulent COVID-19 activity being discovered.
