Didgeridoo Down Under visits the Cornwall Public Library
CORNWALL, NY – Join us on Wednesday, August 8 at 6:00 PM for a very special performance of Didgeridoo Down Under, as part of our Summer Reading Program, “Libraries Rock.” Darren Liebman will perform with a unique fusion of music, culture, puppetry, comedy, and audience participation. Darren first learned about the didgeridoo instrument while visiting relatives in Australia in 1999. In 2004, he created Didgeridoo Down Under, an Australia-themed education and entertainment company that offers shows, concerts and workshops to schools, libraries and other venues throughout the U.S. Since 2004, Darren and his mates have combined to present 6,000+ programs, at more than 3,000 venues. This is a family drop-in event for all ages and you won’t want to miss this fun, interactive experience!
For more information about this program, please call the library at 845-534-8282 and speak to Head of Youth Services, Liz Fisher. For more information about Didgeridoo Down Under, please visit their website at: http://www.didgedownunder.com.
