with a Nia Playshop!
Staying around Memorial Day Weekend?
Want to sample the music, movement and magic of the luscious new Nia routine, "Awake"? with Nia teachers and students from NYC and the Hudson Valley?
You're invited to join Nia Instructors Jayne Mielo and Lynn Peebles for an afternoon "Playshop" featuring the Nia routine, "Awake."
We'll start with a Community Nia Class, open to all, followed by the Awake Playshop, for registered participants.
