Cornwall Senior David Germain pushed hard to play soccer at one of the academies, he finally succeeded in getting an appointment to his first choice, the Merchant Marine Academy!
Attached is a picture of Cornwall senior striker David Germain with head soccer coach, Michael Smolens, accepting appointment to the Merchant Marine Academy. Coach QuickSenior, knows Coach Smolens and certainly had a hand in piquing David's interest in attending. David will leave 4 days after his high school graduation to begin a "wonderful" summer as a plebe at Kings Point.

I dumped out my rain gauge this morning and while I know we had some sun last week, which evaporated some of the H20, there was 4.3 inches in it. Does it rain more on Duncan Avenue?
