09/12/19 James J. Fraina, age 62, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
09/14/19 A 20 yr old male from Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.

Police issue approximately 21 warnings and 20 summonses to drivers including warnings and summonses issued for parking at the riverfront without a permit and warnings and summonses issued during a special traffic assignment.
08/27/19 A subject came in to HQ to report a lost/stolen license plate.
08/28/19 A subject came in to HQ to report a lost wallet with a TX drivers license.
08/30/19 A caller reported criminal mischief on Dock Hill Rd. A do not enter sign was vandalized.
08/30/19 A caller said a motorcycle swiped her vehicle on Rt 218.
08/31/19 A caller reported garbage and vandalism int he village gazebo. Someone drew a picture of a penis on the gazebo floor in white paint.
09/01/19 Patrol was notified of vandalism on Dock Hill Rd. Someone painted the word stay, a martian several black boxes and lines in black paint on the street.
09/03/19 Police assist a driver locked out of her vehicle.
09/03/19 A caller stated that her son’s bike was taken from the gazebo. The bike was later found through a tip on Facebook.
09/06/19 Subjects reported a gas odor in the vicinity of Clark and Hudson. Police notified Central Hudson.
09/06/19 Mayor Coyne found a set of Hyundai keys at Donahue park and turned them in to Police.
09/06/19 A subject reported larceny from a vehicle at Cumberland farms while getting gas and going into the store to get coffee.
09/07/19 Police take a report of a hit and run of a parked vehicle on Hudson st.
09/13/19 Patrol was notified of vandalism to a building on Shore rd. someone spray painted the words SPZ, DREDD and a man’s face in blue paint.
