Incidents
Police issue approximately 5 warnings and 5 summonses to drivers including warnings and summonses issued for parking at the riverfront without a permit and warnings and summonses issued during a special traffic assignment.
Warnings issued to juveniles jumping in front of cars and juveniles skateboarding in front of the gazebo.
08/19/19 Police and Fire Dept respond to a residence on Duncan Ave for a report of gas odor.
08/21/19 A subject came in to report a lost cell phone. Cell phone recovered and returned to subject before report complete.
08/21/19 Police transport a loose Husky to New Windsor SPCA and owner later picked up the dog.
08/22/19 A caller reported that his grandparents CO2 detector was going off. Police and Fire Dept. responded to the residence on Curie Rd. and a small leak was detected in the kitchen.
08/22/19 A caller found an old poodle like dog, dropped it off at HQ and owner was later reunited with the dog.
