Arrests
06/25/18 Margaret J Staton, age 44 of Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and unreasonable speed.
07/07/18 Kevin E Perez, age 25 of Bronx, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and speeding in a posted zone.
07/07/18 Justin Damil Byrd, age 21, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with obstructed breathing and harassment in the 2nd degree in a domestic dispute.
07/08/18 A 55 yr old male from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree
Incidents
06/25/18 A caller reported that a bald man with a gray beard driving a van near the kiddie pool stopped and offered to sell her bubbles and other kids toys that were in his vehicle.
06/29/18 A caller reported fraud. Amex alerted the caller of some possible fraudulent charges to his account and the caller confirmed that the charges were fraudulent.
06/29/18 A caller reported petit larceny. The caller ordered a custom item for his boat and the business was not responsive after a deposit had been made on the item.
06/29/18 A caller reported that a woman was walking down Main St. wearing 4 hats and carrying a tea cup and saucer.
07/01/18 Town assisted Village Police with A DWI arrest.
07/02/18 A subject reported that the road is buckling on southbound Rt 9W and is about 2 feet high. DOT was advised.
07/04/18 Several reports received of power lines and trees down on Cherry Hill Rd. , Angola Rd. Orgs Mills Rd Central Hudson and County advised.
07/04/18 A caller reported a tree down blocking Ridge Rd.
07/05/18 A person reported that his backpack was stolen while he was watching the fireworks.
07/05/18 A subject came in to HQ to report his daughter’s bicycle was stolen from the pool.
07/06/18 A caller reported that a bunch of 5 and 6 yr olds were hitting the gazebo in COH with sticks. Kids were advised and complied.
