Arrests
07/21/17 Charles A. Deputy, age 23, of New Windsor, NY and Tyler J. Lawlor, age 23, of Newburgh, NY were arrested and charged with burglary in the 1st degree, assault in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
Incidents
07/10/17-07/30/17 Police issue approximately 24 warnings and 32 summonses to drivers including summonses for parking at the riverfront without a permit.
07/11/17 Police respond to Hudson St for a report of a minor vehicle accident.
07/13/17 Police respond to Shore Rd for a report of an injured baby deer and dispatch the deer humanely.
07/20/17 Police respond to Hudson St for a report of a minor vehicle accident.
07/21/17 A caller reported criminal mischief. A window was broken in the dining hall of Storm King school.
07/21/17 Police take a report of a 2 car accident on Rt 9W with no reported injuries.
07/22/17 Police respond to a the report of a vehicle operating without lights in the area of Ave A. A 15 yr old took out the family car after his father fell asleep.
07/27/17 Police respond to Cherry Ave. for a report of a dog that locked himself in a vehicle, vehicle running with a/c on.
07/27/17 Police respond to 1 car off roadway on Rt 9W no injuries.
07/28/17 Police respond to Ave B for a report of a rabid skunk and dispatch the skunk humanely.
07/29/17 A grey hoodie and cell phone charger was left next to the fire hydrant on Maple Ave.
