Arrests
06/01/17 Cameron Matautia Jr. age 24, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree.
06/01/17 A 36 yr old female from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
06/02/17 A 23 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
06/03/17 Michael H Winter, age 55, of Nyack, NY was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governement admin and a parking regulations charge.
06/04/17 Jahlieka J Asberry, age 22, of Middletown, NY was arrested for suspended registration.
06/03/17 Charles A Valt, age 45, of Garrison, NY was arrested for suspended registration.
06/04/17 Natasha L Davidson, age 22 of Cornwall, NY was arrested on a warrant.
Incidents
05/29/17 A subject called Police to report fraud. Subject advised that he received a call from a subject claiming that he was in California that he had won money and a car and that they should meet him at a Western union and transfer a note to him. The complainant called and reported the fraud to the Police.
05/29/17 A caller reported witnessed a neighbors dog get into a chicken coop and kill one of the chickens.
05/30/17 Police took a report of identity theft. A person took out several accounts in the complainants name and may have his new drivers license.
06/03/17 A subject reports a male near Rings Pond is highly intoxicated and attempting to ride a bike but keeps falling down. When the subject asked the bike rider if he was okay he stated, “I’m wasted dude.”
06/04/17 Police assist Village Police with a 1 car accident on Rt 9W northbound.
